EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the 14-day period starts from the date the goods are delivered.
To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal request option on this page and provide your name, email address, order number, and the item you wish to withdraw from. We will send confirmation of receipt by email.
Customers are responsible for returning goods in unused, resaleable condition unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Return postage costs are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated or required by law.
This right does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
