Toggler is folded and pushed through an 8mm hole.
If it is a hollow wall, pop it open by pushing in and removing the red plastic key.
A screw, supplied, is inserted and tightened. Cord or wire, up to 3.8mm dia app, sits in the moulded hook, on the screw, close to the wall, preventing pull-out.
